Mastering the Basics
Learn the theory and technique you need to ring for church services throughout the year. Built for all skill levels, this course establishes a baseline of terminology and technique so we’re all on the same page as we learn and grow together as a community of Orthodox bellringers.
Intermediate
Moving Forward with the Duo System
This course builds on what you’ve learned in Fundamentals, with particular focus on how to craft functional ideas and phrases with the ‘middle’ bells you have. Other important topics include: ringing in 3/4 time, polyrhythms, syncopation, and rolls between groups of bells.

The Trio System
With a strong foundation in place, you’re finally ready to tackle the most difficult part of this musical tradition: ringing 3 bells with your right hand. Adding this 3rd bell elevates the complexity and beauty your ringing, but is also the most challenging obstacle for students to learn completely.
